Payment Policy

This Payment Policy explains how Real Dudes LLC ("BlackGuard", "we", "our", "us") handles transactions, refunds, disputes, and billing for all products and services purchased through our platform. Payments are processed by NMI (payment gateway) and CoastalPay (processor/acquirer). Real Dudes LLC is the seller and merchant of record for all transactions.
1. Payment Processor and Accepted Methods
All purchases are processed using NMI (Network Merchants Inc.) as the payment gateway and CoastalPay as the processor/acquirer. Real Dudes LLC is the merchant of record. Card data is collected via NMI's hosted inline tokenization (Collect.js) — your card details are entered directly into NMI's secure hosted fields and tokenized at the point of entry. BlackGuard never receives, stores, or accesses your raw card number, CVV, or banking credentials. Accepted payment methods include:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.)
- Other methods may be available at checkout depending on your region
2. Payment Security
All transactions are encrypted via SSL-secured connections. Card data is handled exclusively by NMI, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway — the highest level of payment security certification. BlackGuard's card-data scope is limited to SAQ-A under PCI DSS, meaning we operate outside the cardholder data environment entirely. BlackGuard does not store, access, or process your full card details or banking credentials at any point.
3. Pricing and Currency
Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes or processing fees will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase. BlackGuard does not apply hidden fees beyond the stated subscription price.
4. Refund Policy
BlackGuard offers refunds on initial subscription purchases submitted within 14 calendar days of your original purchase date. This applies to all eligible initial purchases and is consistent with our full Refund Policy.
To request a refund, email support@blackguardac.com within 14 days of purchase with your order ID, account email address, and reason for the request. We will review and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are issued by Real Dudes LLC and processed back to your original payment method via NMI/CoastalPay; funds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.
Customers in the EU, EEA, UK, Switzerland, Turkey, and Israel may benefit from statutory withdrawal rights under applicable consumer protection law. Real Dudes LLC, as the merchant of record, is responsible for honouring such rights in accordance with applicable law.
Refund requests will not be considered in the following circumstances:
- The request is submitted after the 14-day window from purchase date
- The account has been suspended or terminated for a Terms of Service violation
- The request is for a subscription renewal rather than an initial purchase
- There is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behaviour
Nothing above limits any statutory consumer rights you hold under the laws of your country.
5. Disputes and Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, we strongly encourage you to contact us at support@blackguardac.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank. Most billing issues can be resolved quickly and directly through our support team.
If a chargeback is initiated, your account and associated licenses may be temporarily suspended while the case is under review. Where evidence of fraud or abuse is present, Real Dudes LLC may provide payment and consent records to the relevant financial institution. Accounts found to have submitted fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently suspended.
6. Subscriptions and Renewals
BlackGuard subscriptions do not renew automatically. You must manually repurchase when your license expires. We do not store recurring billing information or automatically charge you for renewals. You will retain access to your subscription until the end of the current paid period.
7. License Delivery
Upon successful payment, your license key will be instantly delivered via your checkout page and may also be sent to your registered email. If you do not receive your license within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact support@blackguardac.com.
8. Failed or Pending Payments
Payments marked as pending, failed, or incomplete will not result in license delivery. Incomplete transactions expire automatically after 15–30 minutes depending on the payment method. If you believe funds were deducted but the payment was not confirmed, contact our support team with your transaction ID and we will investigate promptly.
9. Fraud Prevention
All purchases are subject to fraud screening. BlackGuard and our payment partners reserve the right to delay or decline transactions flagged as high-risk pending further verification. Attempting to obtain service through fraudulent payment methods may result in permanent account suspension and may be reported to relevant authorities.
10. Updates to This Policy
Real Dudes LLC may modify this Payment Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with the revised date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
